We deliver plants across India with safe, secure, and eco-friendly packaging.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day

Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions or courier delays.

Packaging Guarantee

We use secure packaging methods to ensure plants reach you in healthy condition.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

We ensure healthy plants are delivered. However, if there is an issue:

Eligible for Replacement:

• Damaged plant on arrival
• Severely wilted or dead plant
• Wrong item delivered

Important:

• Report within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos and order number via email

We provide:

• Replacement (preferred option)
  OR
• Store credit (if replacement unavailable)

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days.

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
• Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days
